Every applicant completes a rental application and provides credit information and references. As members of Equifax Credit, we run a full credit check, thoroughly verify all references, and interview each prospective tenant so expectations are clear before move-in.
What does full-service property management include?
We handle leasing and marketing, tenant screening, lease preparation, rent collection, security deposits, routine and preventive inspections, coordinated repairs and maintenance, detailed accounting, and monthly and year-end owner statements.
How do owners stay informed about their property?
Owners receive monthly statements with a proceeds check and a comprehensive end-of-year statement, plus round-the-clock access to bills, work orders, leases and reports through a private online Owner’s Portal.
How are management fees charged?
The monthly management fee is payable when the rent is received and is deducted automatically at that time. Because keeping your property occupied is our job, we do not deduct the monthly management fee while your property is vacant.
